Room with a seaview in nice and they are decently clean.

It is just bad service to ask people to pay 2200 yen to check-in one (1) hour early, when their room is already ready. Also, if you buy a "take away tea/coffee/juice" with their ticket (that you get with the room), you cannot stay in their cafe, but they will kick you out telling that the tea/coffee/juice is take away only.

Me hospede por 2 noches, la primera todo bien y fantastico, pero la segunda noche fue todo lo contrario, ya que sentí malestar en la cama, no me sentía cómoda, dormí poco y mal. Al despertar, me doy cuenta que tenía a lo menos 7 picaduras en diferentes partes de mi cuerpo. Durante mi estadía no limpiaron la habitación. Me parece insolito la verdad, fui a descansar y me retiré con irritación a la piel por las picaduras de pulgas (quiero pensar que es eso). Lo encuentro grave y mal...

Spacious room (twin room) and bathroom facilities are excellent. The hidden kitchenette unit was a surprise! It has everything you need. I didn’t have a chance to use them much but I’d like to stay longer in next trip. The reception staffs are friendly. I liked the free coffee/tea in the lounge. Enjoyed the welcome drink service too.

Not so many convenience store nearby but vending machines for frozen foods helps it. I hope there will be more variety of foods options next time.

Very quiet. Big room. Separate toilet and bathroom.

The motion sensor activated light in the room doorway that cannot be turned off. Whoever signed off on that idea should not be allowed to attend future product development meetings.

We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the luggage delivery service. Our room was well equipped, spacious and clean. The hotel also provides amenities such as the coin laundry, the free snacks, and a manga collection, adding extra convenience for guests.

There was a noticeable odor in certain areas of the hotel and in our room, possibly related to the carpeting. While it did not significantly affect our stay, it was something we noticed during our visit.
