Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. Bathroom very nice.

The food and drink wasn't very well stocked so they ran out of some items for breakfast

Location is great near everything. Place is clean and everything is functional.

Hidden charges. Overcharging, they will bleed you dry. Upon check in receptionist is asking for extra 600 pesos for my 3 year old kid. I booked for me and and my kids which are 5 and 3 year old. Booking.com clearly indicates that both children are included in the booking. I insist that I am not paying and eventually they agreed. Receptionist wasnt very friendly. They also charge 10% of booking amount to check in early. In our case was 320 pesos at we have the deluxe room worth 3,200 pesos although i paid more with booking.com. The place was empty and still refused us to check in early without paying. We were there at 12 noon. Lady at the restaurant is nice. However when i invited my mother, brother and nephew to join us for mother’s day breakfast, my brother and nephew then went to swim at the pool after. To my surprise upon check out, they are charging additional 600 peses per kid for swimming at the pool for 2 hrs!!!! 1,200 pesos. This was not informed at all that additional charge will be billed for outsiders swimming at the pool. When I complained the manager is not even apologetic and told me that if everyone will eat and dine and swim then the whole place will be full of outsiders. I told them that if you would have informed me then I shouldnt have ask my brother and nephew to come over for breakfast and swim with my children. The manager is very arrogant and unapologetic. it was mother’s day! the whole day was ruined. The whole experience was ruined. Manager insist that its hotel policy but when asked what policy anf where was it written she could not show anything.

A very beautiful place to be. Staff were lovely. A very relaxing time.

Would have liked a hand towel in the bathroom. No tea or coffee in our room.

Close to Puerto Galera Centre

The water pressure dropped therefore no hot water when most needed

Fantastic ocean front property. First class pool and facilities. Really enjoyed the two night stay.
