Marisan Villa by Betterplace

The bedrooms were big, very effective aircon. Bed was comfortable. Separate toilets to bedroom and good size. Pool was clean and well maintained. The staff were good and did everything we asked for.

Unfortunately there’s not enough space to list what we didn’t like! The living area and kitchen were open air and only one small fan to cool the area. The kitchen was not a full kitchen. The cutlery and equipment was of very poor quality. There was no toaster or kettle. The water bottle was on the floor with just a filter. No dispenser. The tiles were very slippery and my husband slipped and landed on his back. Fortunately he just bruised himself. The villa was down a very long filthy lane. There was an issue with a rat eating anything left out. Fruit and even plastic bags and cardboard boxes. There were dogs barking all night so sleep was disturbed. The drain in one of the bathrooms was blocked and water did not drain.
