Shower door is very difficult to close and looks like it’s about to break

We stayed here due to Montemerano being so close to the hot springs. Montemerano is a good stopping point if you’re making your way up from Rome by car. There are a handful of restaurants in the town (one was Michelin starred) and a cafe very close to the house.

When we walked through the small ancient towns in Italy, we always imagined what it would be like to live in one of those houses in the small narrow streets. Well, now we know it. The apartment was well equipped, cozy. The main entrance leads to the living room and kitchen. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a small balcony. On the lower floor, which has its own entrance, there is a small bedroom with its own toilet and shower. All rooms were clean, kitchen well equipped. The owner was nice and helpful. A few meters from the apartment is a small family bakery. We recommend it, they have great pastries. The town is beautiful, it has an incredible atmosphere. You have to park in one of the nearby parking lots.

Cute little house in wonderful location. The village is beautiful, the people extraordinarily friendly, house is right around the corner from the main square, as it were, but still very quiet. Beds very comfortable. We loved our week here!

Fans could be better (AC only in upstairs bedroom)and kitchen slightly better equipped (a cutting board would be nice), also the air "freshener" downstairs is very strong...we needed a day to get rid of the small..but those are nitpicks..this is.a wonderful place and a great value for the price. Would return!
