Studio in excellent location

I visited the area and liked the setting, on the edge of the University district, very nice treed courtyard just outside,, high ratio of Mexicanos rather than tourists, which I like, a great number of low cost diners as well as restaurants and food markets in the area. ... The current tenants told me that there is up to three people who would share the kitchenette , and it was nicely functional,, and that there wasn't any particular annoying dog noises or such.

... I will never again trust a place that only offers non-refundable bookings. Caveat emptor. My plans changed, they were happy to keep the full 11 days payment, without any thought of relisting it and giving me at least some portion. Too bad. So sad. 😐

Good location

Great location, walking distance to grocery stores, the beach and restaurants. Lots of street food carts serving delicious Mexican fare. Host was attentive to all questions.

This is just a personal thing for me, there was not any windows except the one in the bathroom. I like natural light and the evening breeze. Otherwise it was a great little studio.

The location was not bad.

It was very dirty the shower leaked all the time they didn’t bring new towels new bedding never came to clean very disappointing.
