"Great for a short visit in Ha Long"

Very spacious room with comfortable bed. There was a kids club which our kids loved and we didn’t even know about it before booking! It was a great surprise. The staff was very helpful and polite

The bathroom had no door only the shower and toilet but these had no locks.. otherwise it was great

The room was great. Good location near the port for bay cruises. Lovely view from room of the sea, boats, cable car etc. Was really happy I booked here. Only stayed for one night. The restaurant was nice, a bit pricey I think but nice. Breakfast was good. Staff super nice, booked me transport to the airport and all.

All good, would stay again

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel: the location, the design, the cleanliness, the politeness of the staff, everything was top notch, and the cherry on the cake was the swimming pool.
