Aethra Villas Luxury Retreat

We hadden de grote villa gehuurd met onze familie, in totaal 9 personen (waaronder 4 kleine kinderen). Het was in één woord fantastisch. De hele villa is uitgerust met de laatste technologie en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, van de wasmachine tot aan keukengerei. De infinity pool met zeezicht is fantastisch en de villa is voorzien van een ruime tuin met een mooi terras. Op het balkon heb je iedere dag een adembenemend uitzicht van de zonsondergang. Een dikke aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een luxe vakantie!

I booked a two-bedroom villa for my parents, and they were delighted with their stay. The villa was spacious, modern, luxurious, and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool remained crystal clear throughout their stay. The location is quiet and peaceful, with the nearest beach a 10-minute walk away. I recommend renting a car, at least for a couple of days (this advice applies to any tourist in Crete though — it’s a shame not to explore the island and discover all the gems). Pharmacies, supermarkets, and taverns are just a 7-10 minute drive away. Each villa has ample parking space. Athina, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my parents’ stay. She and her husband provided a big list of places to visit in the area. My parents didn’t want to leave, and to me, that’s the best recommendation.

We recently spent 10 unforgettable days at a stunning villa in Crete, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the villa’s luxurious amenities. The villa is beautifully designed, combining some traditional Cretan architecture with a really modern and cool feel throughout. Each room is tastefully decorated, spacious, and filled with natural light. The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a pristine infinity pool that overlooks the sea—a perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings. The location is ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. We enjoyed exploring nearby villages, savoring authentic Cretan cuisine, and taking leisurely walks along the coast. The villa’s proximity to the beach made it easy to indulge in morning swims and sunset strolls. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing helpful recommendations and always being available to assist with any requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home. In summary, this villa in Crete is a slice of paradise. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, I or a bit of both, this is the perfect retreat. We can’t wait to return and feel like rock stars again !!!!
