Service was really bad. Not worth for money
FJNothing, we didn't get to stay here.
We had our booking but were late to check in due to flight delay from Air India Express from Jaipur to Delhi. We had to travel by bus to reach Vrindavan, only to find out that the hotel had canceled our bookings without reaching out to us. It was a total of 5 different room bookings. No one got notified, or contacted but the hotel claims they did. Would not recommend flying Air India Express and this hotel for lack of customer consideration and service.

Properties absolutely terrible. There is a pungent smell all across the hotel. It starts from the super smelly underground parking, and then the smell all across the Reception, the lift area, the staircase, the corridors, even the washrooms. Don’t go by the photographs that are shown over here. It’s super bad experience that we had. Even cafeteria was so bad that we didn’t even ordered a cup of tea or coffee from here. We went outside for the whole duration of our stay for meals and tea/coffee
INThere is nothing to like. It is a tired property under renovation without considering the enviremental conditions. They were pasting the wall paper with chemical which released very bad smell and fumes at night about 2AM outside our room couldn't sleep. TV was out of order for five days. Bad smell from the pipes in washroom.Although the behavior of house keeping supervisor Mr. Gautam was good only.
Specially reception staff behavior was irresponsible of Mr. Pradeep.

A lot more require to improve this hotel like service part as was very Very delayed . And also suggest to provide complimentary break fast may be limited . As you are in Vrindavan - a place of Lord Krishana and Radha and we learnt from our ancestors that as kind practise we too some times provide food to strangers ,so why not as a hotel service you too can provide complimentary breakfast may it be limited . I wish all the success to this hotel.
