Very good customer service. We had 2 radiators broken, and they arranged their repair very quickly and out of standard working hours. They provided us with an electric one in the mid-time. Coffee and tea provided. Great location.

The sofa does not really work well as a bed as said. Definitely not for 2 people, as one person can already be quite uncomfortable sleeping on it.

Zero complaints, it was all great. Comfy, warm, with a lovely balcony. It had all you needed. Great kitchen, bathroom and living area and very comfortable bed. Convenience shops and station very close by and only 25 minutes walk to town. 10/10.

My only comment would be the outdated TV. I would have expected a more modern model from any stay today. If you are in town for sightseeing this would not matter one bit. It really is such a minor detail. But I was there to simply chill and little else and a quality TV thus becomes more important.

It was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The whole apartment was spotless. Contact with the hosts was fast and easy and I have to give a big shout out to Steve who came and rescued me from being lost in the pouring rain and who guided me to the correct building. I was very grateful!

Nothing to complain about.

Great location, very clean and organized. The owner was very helpful and responsive to requests.

It had most of the things I needed but very small things like salt and pepper, or kitchen towels were missing.
