Nová rezidencia, 7 minut pešo do centra

Výborná poloha blízko centra mesta, krásny nový apartmán s veľkou lodgiou, oddelené WC a kúpelňa (s práčkou), komfortné postele v spálni a príjemne nás prekvapil aj komfort spania na rozkladacej pohovke v obývačke, dobre vybavená kuchyňa, dali sa nájsť parkovacie miesta bez poplatku, blízkosť pekárne, pizzerie...

У квартирі було надзвичайно жарко. Кондеціонера немає. Орендодавець на повідомлення не відповідав. Приборів на 3 особи, хоч я чітко прописала що буде 3 дорослих і одна дитина 4 роки.

The city is wonderful, the appartment is very close to the city center in walkable distance, free parking is available nearby. Washing and dishwashing machines are in the appartment. Place is pretty quiet, there is a pub and grossery store in the next buildings.

There is No AC in the appartment, we have been sleeping with open windows. The Bathroom is not nice. The Sink is small, drain is slow and almost blocked, the shower head holder is located one meter above the floor level, so if you want to take shower, you need to hold the shower head in one hand and soap in another like an ancient man. And the worst thing was dirty dishes. All Cups, forks, plates were dirty, the pan was found oily with a paece of beakon stuck in it. The Bed sheet is old and worn.

It was a really cosy flat, it was easy to find a parking space and the hosts were helpful and available. If you are looking for a pleasent stay in Kosice, I definitely recommend this place.
