Very nice place in a newly built building. The apartment is spacious, full of light, and well maintained. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Lot’s of parking spaces in front. The building has an elevator which is a big plus

The apartment is modern, has a good size, and has everything needed - a coffee machine, dish washer, hair drier, and iron. The Wifi is good. The location is good, close to the center, within walking distance, and there are some shops nearby.

There were some problems causing us discomfort when we arrived that weren't taken care of in a timely manner. If it wasn't for those problems, then this would have been a 10 out of 10. The bed was noisy and small, and every movement led to a scratchy noise. Pillows are also not very comfortable, at least for my taste. The toilet paper holder and the shower holders were broken. The bed, shower, and toilet holder were fixed by the host, but at the end of our stay, these were problems that could have been resolved earlier as they stayed like that for some time. There was also a cigarette smell when we checked in - although not really a fault of the host, the room could have been refreshed. And finally, the floor wasn't very clean, it was OK but not at the level you would expect.

Eine ansprechende Einrichtung. Die Lage war gut für unseren Städtetrip - nah dran, aber nicht direkt im Trubel und die Kommunikation war sehr gut.

Le personnel est très réactif et impliqué. Le logement ce trouve dans une résidence avec ascenseur, il étais très moderne, propre et bien rangé.. celui ci est situé à une dizaine de minutes👣 du métro et une vingtaine de minutes👣 de la "Ribeira" donc super bien placé. Ma fille a renversé un peu de jus sur le canapé, lorsque que je l’ai notifié le jour du départ - dans un but de payer les frais de nettoyage si besoin, ils on a été super gentils et ne m’ont finalement pas demander de frais.

j’ai été déçu d’apprendre que je devais payer un supplément pour un berceau,surtout que ce n’était écris nul part.. dans les équipements il étais également notifié « chaise haute » et une fois sur place il n’y en avais pas. j’ai chercher dans les différentes armoires de la cuisine et rien.. on a finalement prit le choix de ne pas le demander au personnel par peur de devoir payer encore un supplément..😅 malgré ça, ce qui reste le plus "grave" selon nous, c’est la petite fenêtre dans la chambre E, elle est facile d’accès pour n’importe quel enfant, et heureusement on s’est vite rendu compte que notre fille savais l’ouvrir et on l’a sécurisé avec le canapé.. sinon ça aurais pu virer au drame.

El olor a humedad era muy desagradable. Entreba mucha luz por los ventanales y como las habitaciones no estaban cerradas dificultaba el descanso.
