I faced an issue while making an online payment with my card. Rakesh, a very helpful staff member, called me to inform me about the problem and assisted in resolving it smoothly. I made the payment upon arrival without any trouble. The breakfast was excellent — my wife really enjoyed it!

The next day was a bit disappointing. I don’t remember the name of the person at the reception, but he charged me ₹200 just to book a taxi through Ola to drop in airport , which was quite unfair. Be careful some of the staff.

Decent breakfast. Parotas, fresh bread omelets, hot tea, juice, and toast. Rooms are nice. They are a compact, not a lot of space to move around.

The beds could be better. They are spring beds, but the springs in the center have gotten compressed a bit. The bed in the center has collapsed in the center a bit.

Rakesh and the staff were absolutely fantastic! They helped so much with everything, even making sure we got good rates for uber/taxi. Rakesh helped with bags and gave warm greetings when we came back from travelling around India. Truly exceptional!!!

5 mins from airport, quiet room and clean and safe. All facilities, friendly staff and good rate. Room was large and mattress comfortable, water was hot. It was really good value. I was impressed and the manager was on hand keeping an eye on everything. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked reasonably priced with a good range of options. For this price range 10/10
