I stay for 3 days..clean…cooperative staff..I strongly recommend ..South Indian restaurant in front of it..

The only positive aspect of our stay was the room itself, which was good. Beyond that, everything else was disappointing. The hotel didn’t even provide water for the guests, and there were no other amenities or services worth mentioning. It felt like they didn’t care about the guest experience at all. Overall, apart from the room, everything else was really bad.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was highly disappointing. Instead of serving freshly prepared meals, they gave us food bought from local shops, wrapped in newspapers, and handed it to the guests. When we informed them that we didn’t want the breakfast, they refused to refund the amount. We consumed breakfast only on one day, but were still charged for all the days, even when we didn’t take it. Despite raising a complaint through the booking platform, the issue kept bouncing back and forth between the booking service and the hotel, with no resolution. This experience was extremely frustrating and showed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Location is at upscale place. All eateries around and babai hotel is just opposite. Hotel is new one and interior is good
