Identification/Passport Information: all Guests aged 16 and above are required to provide their ID or passport information 72 hours prior to arrival. Return of Access Cards and Keys: Guests must return all Access Cards and keys upon departure. Lost/Damaged Card Recovery Fee: A fee may be imposed for lost or damaged Access Cards. Liability: ZEMA and the Host are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage. Acknowledgment of Receipt: Tenants are required to sign an Acknowledgment of Receipt.
