Check in was quick

No breakfast on weekends.Dirty walls and frayed carpets throughout,noisy people on the landing late at night shouting, it's strictly a builders/workers bed and breakfast.

Location very good lovely gardens

My room was very tired and furniture falling apart carpet grubby shower not a bathroom in a plastic box tiny with the toilet and sink in it 3 holes in the wall not sorted out thin mattress musty smell

The proximity to the party I was at made it much cheaper than getting a train or taxi and able to drive home in peace the next day.

Parking wasn't great as the pub was very busy and the room was clean but could have been a bit cleaner ideally. The checkout process was a bit confusing as no one was around and I was told to pop the key through a grate by a cleaner.

Nice area snd scenery.

Overnight stay. There should have been an explanation online, explaining that due to the Bank holiday, there would be (no) breakfast anyway, whether this option was selected or not ! As it happened, I didn't plan to not have any breakfast, and had to go hungry the next day....
