The staff at the reception, the lady was very rude charging more money than what was quoted. She did not have any experience in customer service. Also not ready to explain the charges as she was not aware of the process or the procedures. They made the situation very hostile. The rooms were clean but the lobby was smelling foul probably due to bad ventilation. We had also booked the party hall for our engagement event, they turned off the AC and WIFI and locked the toilets when we were nearing the end time of the allotted slot. This is very unprofessional and very embarrassing as our guests complained about basic amenities such as the toilet being locked. After spending 1.5 lakhs in this venue I would recommend people to avoid this hotel at any cost and chose a more professional and customer focused venue for your events and room bookins
