Miles Home Anfield-Liverpool

It was perfectly located near Anfield Stadium which we were visiting for a concert. It was big enough for what we needed and great value for money.

The only thing I would change is the sofa in the living area. We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately found the sofa had some broken areas from wear and tear and the legs of the sofa had been removing meaning it was extremely low to the ground.

Booking was paid for in full October 2025 for two nights. Did Not get to stay, booking was cancelled by the property owner the night before we travelled 175 miles with my 85 year old Mother, they stated a gas leak, no apology, I tried to call but the number on the website does not exist.

No communication from the property owner despite asking for early check in, months previous, tried to call on number given, number does not exist……

In general terms, it was clean and easy to check in

The door had a strange lock system that we struggled to figure out, and at first we genuinely thought we might end up sleeping with the door unlocked. We arrived at midnight and couldn’t get in touch with anyone for help. Although we were given a file with instructions for the flat, it would have been good if the locking mechanism had been described clearly, because while it might be a common system in England, we had no idea how it worked. It was a pretty unpleasant situation at first. The beds didn’t feel like they had professionally laundered sheets — we could see traces of small hairs and some little bits of fluff. Also the mattresses were extremely thin. At first we thought we would sleep terribly, but surprisingly when we woke up we felt fine

It's alright, basic stay with basic amenities. Beds, despite being very low, were comfy enough. On street parking (but not sure where the parking permit was kept in the flat, couldn't find it). Pretty clean.

Bit of a musty, damp smell - feels like it hasn't been aired out for a long while. The blinds were broken in one of the rooms. The couch is very very low, and beds are low too - quite unusual. One of the nights there was some disturbance - loud banging that made us think someone broke in. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from - perhaps next door? It was quite scary.
