Άνετο, καθαρό στούντιο, στην παλιά πόλη της Μυτιλήνης, σε πολύ καλό σημείο. Διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια σύντομη διαμονή. Πάρκινγκ χωρίς ιδιαίτερα προβλήματα, στους γύρω δρόμους. Απροβλημάτιστη επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Λόγω της καλής σχέσης τιμής προς ποιότητα/παροχές, είναι πολύ πιθανό να το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε και σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας.

Υπήρξε ένα προβληματάκι με την κουρτίνα του μπάνιου, το οποίο τακτοποιήθηκε την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί, αφού προηγήθηκε επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη.
