CITY BREAK Studio apartments

Location is perfect, walking distance to the city center and bus stop. The size of the studio apartment was just we need for our week stay and has all the basic amenities for us to make simple meals throughout the week. Highly recommend!

The mattress was a little uncomfortable because we could feel the spring. The floor was a little dusty.

Kuhinjski šank i ploča za kuhanje prljavi, pribor za jelo također, lonac za kuhanje isto tako ima ostatke prethodnog kuhanja. Stol imao mrlje. Za kupaonicu dostupan po 1 veliki ručnik za svakoga te 1 mali ručnik na 2 osobe. Postoji više apartmanskih jedinica no slike nisu jasno odvojene tako da je nas zapao apartman s jednim jedinim prozorom koji je na ulici i nije baš zgodan za držati otvorenim, pogotovo ne noću. Većini vremena smo bile u mraku. U apartmanu je visoka vlažnost, a i osjeti se intenzivan miris cijevi. Klima usprkos uputama danih od najmodavca ipak nije radila, a kao mladi ljudi mislim da se ipak snalazimo s tehnologijom. Za tu cijenu smještaja očekuje se više, a ne da se apartman čisti tijekom našeg boravka ili da se ulazi u smještaj nadomještati manjkavosti, stvara nelagodu.

The apartment is great – especially the one upstairs with the terrace, which is really nice. As for the beach, I recommend driving about 15 minutes to the town of Srima, where you’ll find all-day parking for just €5 (on the right side – it’s run by an older gentleman). Alternatively, there’s another parking lot across the street on the left, right by the beach, where you can park for €1 per hour, and there’s also shade from the trees. The beach and water are clean, and there are sunbeds for rent, plus a beach bar that serves hamburgers and tortilla wraps. Nearby, there’s also a bakery, and just a bit further up the road, you’ll find a grocery store.

Very close to the city, about 2 min walk. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. Easy check-in. Very clean house.

Parking is a bit difficult but right next to the house. The shower leaks a bit of water to the floor.

Apartment well located in the city center, but downside is very difficult to access by car due to the very narrow streets and congested with many parked cars

You pay the same price for the room as if you were going to a hotel, but you get no services. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but the information to access the room isn't sent until 3:45 PM. The room is very difficult to access by car: the streets are very narrow, and if you have a rental car and don't want to lose your deposit, forget it. As a result, I used an underground parking lot, which cost me €12. The bathroom opens directly onto the bedroom; there are no shutters or curtains, so in the morning you're woken up by daylight. The kitchen also opens directly into the bedroom: the refrigerator is very noisy. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. The bed isn't very comfortable. The shower leaks onto the bathroom floor.

Really fab location in a small but perfectly formed apartment with very kind and obliging hosts. They couldn't have been more helpful! Loved the balcony and top notch bed linen!
