The place is really calm and the view from the property is really amazing. Even the staff was very helpful.I asked to make food according to my taste, and they did that. Overall a good place to visit with amazing view.

Security & Safety Violations • Faulty Room Security: Door lock mechanism was broken, creating serious safety concerns that posed immediate security risks • Health Hazard in Restaurant: Dog with visible skin condition repeatedly allowed inside dining area despite multiple guest complaints, creating health risks especially dangerous for families with children Unprofessional Staff Conduct • Staff Playing During Work Hours: Employees frequently observed playing carrom and cricket instead of attending to guest services during operational hours • Inconsistent Service Standards: While staff were friendly when directly approached, overall professionalism remained poor throughout the stay Value & Pricing Issues • Overpriced Menu: Food prices significantly exceeded what was justified by portion sizes and quality delivered • Poor Ingredient Choices: Kitchen uses refined oils instead of healthier options like cow ghee, missing opportunities for authentic flavors and better nutrition Critical Management Failure • Vindictive Retaliation: After providing constructive feedback to the hotel owner on day 2, staff behavior turned deliberately unprofessional on the final day, particularly from Naresh (caretaker/manager). Management clearly shared guest feedback inappropriately with staff, resulting in retaliatory treatment - a serious breach of hospitality ethics that reflects extremely poor leadership and guest relations practices.

Its location is awesome

Beautiful location in the midst of Himalayas. It has decent facilities for a three star property, but don’t expect any Premium. Food taste is good but majorly north indian. Bonfire and barbeque were also good. You can watch the beautiful sunrise from this location

Access to property was very bad road, not well maintained by the resort. There are resorts just before this who had maintained the road properly. Sports facilities are not adequate. They was badminton without shuttle, bat without ball Kids end up spending more time in watching TV or roaming around.
