Stayed here before covid and it was nice. The decoration and furniture still look fine after 4 years. Good value and breakfast was fine. complimentary fresh coffee at front desk.

The SMELL! Stayed in a non-smoking room, but every night I could smell cigarette after 10:30 PM. And in the morning the room smells like unwashed toilet. I slept in smoke and woke up feeling in the toilet.

The facilities are good and suitable for families.

I booked 2 bed room suites. When we checked in, there's no bell boy to help us with more than 20 luggages; we handled our own luggages to upstair to find out we were given 1 bed room suites with an excuse that the 2 bed room suites are not ready at the time (2pm). We had to wait and move again. That's quite desperate as everyone were tired and most of them are seniors (70+). The swimming pool is dirty too
