TREverything was perfect. The house is really spacious and everything in the place is new and clean. The bed is so comfortable. It was the best place we stayed in italy. The owner is really interested and helps you in everyway. Even though the location seems like it’s away from the city, the transportation to city center, train station and airport is really easy and quick with bus and takes around 20 minutes. Also, the price is quite affordable compared to other places in Bologna. In short there was no negative experience. I would recommend this place to everyone.

ROWe enjoyed our stay in this appartment. The appartament was very clean and had all the ammenties we needed. Our host was very nice and answered all our question and guided us if we needed help. The location is great, bus station just accross the street for city center and also airport, supermarkets very close and also some fine restaurants with very good reviews.
ITVery nice decor, very well kept, very comfortable. Even though I arrived early, I was able to drop off my luggage right away, the owner was very accommodating.

BEEverything was perfect! I arrived very late and the owner answered my call immediately and let me stay last minute. The room and bathroom are very big and clean. I would definitely recommend this place!
A small, ambient lamp in the bedroom would have made it cosier.
