Sabaidee Chiangmai Hotel

We stayed for 15 nights here. The room was large, comfortable , and quiet with a mini refrigerator and hit water kettle . The staff cleaned and restocked the water,coffee pkts and towels when I asked them too. The staff spoke English and daily greeted us with a smile . It was a great location to explore Old Town. Would highly recommend Sabaidee.

The comfiest bed! The room size was great. The location is quiet even though in the middle of the city (unless you have noisy neighbours). It's a good place is you want affordable accommodation in a good location and your not spending much time in your room.

The shower didn't drain properly and due to the angle of the bathroom the water would pool in the side of the bathroom where the toilet is so everytime you want to use the bathroom the floor was a puddle. When we asked about this the lady on the front desk told us that if the drainage was better you get a bad smell so it was picking which was preference. We also had to ask them to fix the hot water. That was done within 24 hours Kettle was broken and had exposed wiring so wasn't able to use.

The receptionist was very kind.

You get what you pay. This place has no beds - just matresses on the floor. The bathroom gets clogged - dusgusting.

good location in the centre, lovely large room with tea and coffee making facilities, good bathroom( wet room which yes the entire room gets wet)

nothing really, there’s no housekeeping but you can ask for fresh towels and toilet roll no hassle

Lovely place stayed here twice good location close to everything staff friendly and super clean place

No smoking room or balcony
