Sabaidee Chiangmai Hotel

Located within Old Town so I'd recommend staying over the weekend and walking to the night markets - they're fabulous fun and you'll get lost exploring. The room is simple and sufficient, quite spacious as well. Showers are pretty good.

Bed is a little lumpy and hard. No lifts so you may need to carry your luggage upstairs if your room is not on the ground floor. If you're renting a car in Chiang Mai, parking may be a little difficult. There is limited parking in front of the hotel but otherwise it is street parking in a narrow alley.

Breakfast choices poor , hotel staff friendly and helpful .

The set up needs updating

We liked the location, staff very kind and the design of the bedroom was very modern.

The slope of the bathroom floor is poorly designed. When we used the shower, the water would pool or spread across the entire bathroom floor, causing the whole bathroom to flood. This was quite unpleasant, as we had to dry the entire bathroom floor after showering

Nice location and the staffs are friendly.

The hotel was great and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel offers basic coffee and breakfast in the mornings which is good if you have any early morning tours planned.

Our stay was great however the bathroom did flood after every shower and the water was often cold.

We were pleased to stay in the hotel, everything was nice
