Staff were nice. They helped us move to a new room when we weren't happy with our allocated room.

The room allocated was a nice size, but the bathroom was lacking. The toilet was leaking terribly and there was a foul smell going through the room. We asked for a refund which they denied, but they moved us to a different room (smaller, but at least not smelly, and the bed was very soft which was not great). The noise in the hotel is really disturbing. It echoes in from floor to floor, so one can only really fall asleep after 1am. We complained about the noise too - but alas. What can you do. Restaurant is not great either. I think one can find another hotel at a similar rate but with much better facilities.

Room was well comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean and good. Overall it's nice stay. Restaurant is on rooftop so at night wonderful view of fort and well lighting, food is tasty and good . Staff was helping us in all our need.

Need small adjustments like maintenance of taps so that it work properly, space of bathroom is small otherwise everything ok.
