"Booked one place but taken to a different place with no consultation"

The apartment I was taken to stay is not what I booked. It appears I was intercepted by a person who took me to a totally different place. I discovered this after checking out. I called that person to inquire why they took me to a different place. They said its because this apartment was already booked. I would have appreciated it if they had explained this to me before.

I did not appreciate being taken to a different apartment than the one I had booked and without any explanation or without being alerted before hand. The bathroom did not have hot water.

I had an amazing experience staying at Maya Apartments. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. Its location was perfect—close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities, making everything so convenient. Security was top-notch, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The host was incredibly attentive, regularly checking in to ensure I had everything I needed, which made me feel very cared for. The internet was excellent, fast, and reliable, which was perfect for both work and entertainment. Plus, having access to Netflix was such a bonus! For everything this place offers, it’s truly great value for money. I highly recommend Maya Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-located place with an outstanding host. Would definitely stay here again!
