Very central location.

The apartment is renovated but the building is old and rundown and is evaluated in the highest seismic risk category (there is a signpost “bulina rosie” on the building). It means there is a higher chance of building collapse in case of an earthquake (and Bucharest is in a seismic activity area). This building condition was not mentioned in the description and it should.
