Location is great

Bog standard rooms, not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Air conditioning on/off and small flies are around in the rooms - I did mention this to reception staff, but nothing was done. It literally smelled of damp in the rooms - breakfast was dry, and it seemed like things were not cooked freshly. Staff did not smile throughout (I found that very strange) and they did not want to engage in conversation, including making eye contact. That’s the kitchen and restaurant staff (not reception). Yahya literally ignored my little girl when she asked for something. Cappadocia is an amazing place, I’d choose another hotel the next time I’m here, and I would come back - Cappadocia is amazing.

Clean

Service is bad. They dont charge to room if u eat anything. They ask payment immidiately. Even u stay 2 people, they give 1 card to open door. If u ask second, they ask deposit

In the middle of nowhre Location, services, most of the staff is very unproffesional except reception, refrigatora are 16 degreees, second room key with a deposit, not many options in rest menu, and served in 45 mins.. as cold, 10 mins taxi drive to eat anything

The room was always smelled of tobacco even though it was non-smoking room.
