Rent og pent. Fine leiligheter i fint område

Mislikte ingenting, men ble overrasket over at det var 2 separate leiligheter. Ingen problem for 1 natt.

Difficoltà di comunicazione con il gestore del B&B. Bagno senza bidè. Problemi con vicini del piano di sotto.

Ottima posizione stanza confortevole e con tutto quello che serviva bagno comodo e con finestra tutto perfetto anche le cialde per il caffè tornerei e lo consiglierei

The location is in the old town close to everything.

The rooms did not match the description. We had a one bedroom apartment and a deluxe apartment booked. The deluxe apartment should be 807 ft2, but instead we got two apartments a one bedroom apartment and a tiny studio which adds up to probably 600 ft2 at best. The studio is so small it has the bathroom right next to the bed and the door doesn't even shut. And both rooms smell damp and moldy. The other one bedroom apartment we booked apparently had a broken toilet so they switch us to an apartment 2 km away until the last night. There were lack of communication between the owner and made everything last second. So instead we had to make changes to our plans to accommodate the owner. So don't trust the pictures and the descriptions since everything was not what we expected or booked.

Hemos dormido dos noches en Bari, una ciudad que vale la pena visitar. El apartamento era céntrico y bien ubicado pero el equipamiento era de calidad básica y escaso (había solo dos enseres de cocina para cada huésped e incluso faltaba una cucharilla y un vaso). Tuvimos dos problemas importantes: a la llegada faltaba la llave de entrada al portal. El problema no se solucionó hasta las 20h (desde las 15h que habíamos llegado). Tuvimos que esperar soportando el frío de la calle y los nervios de un anfitrión que escusaba su falta de previsión con respuestas que mostraban nula empatía hacia sus huéspedes. A demás no funcionaba el wifi, y no habíamos recibido ningún aviso previo sobre la ausencia de conexión. Habíamos contratado dos noches no consecutivas así que tuvimos que volver a pernoctar (no estábamos a tiempo de anular puesto que no nos hubieran devuelto el dinero): ¡¡nos volvieron a dar el mismo apartamento a pesar de que el wifi continuaba sin funcionar, y no habían repuesto ni el vaso ni la cucharilla que faltaba!!! Hubiéramos agradecido información previa del problema y el ofrecimiento de un alojamiento alternativo. En fin, una ciudad bonita con un anfitrión desastroso
