Modern Ocean Beach Apartment

Garagen sind so klein das man nicht Platz… Kein Parkplatz mehr frei um den ganzen Block… Kein sauberes Wasser ( nur so ein kleiner Filterbehälter) Terrasse nur mit lautem Lärm von der Klimaanlage nicht zu benutzen … Fluglärm den ganzen Tag ( wie am Flughafen)…

Ruido de aviones de 6.00 a 8.00 a.m. Pero, resulta inevitable salvo que te vayas a 10 kms El garaje un poco pequeño ( pero bastante que lo tiene ).

There wasn’t anything to not like

Location, clean, all rooms decoration, etc.

Garage too small and no way to drive in due to always a car there to block way for parking in

Loved the location! We walked everywhere and nothing was more than 10 minutes away. House was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids under 12 and a Golden Retriever). Dan and Becky were super responsive and helpful. Loved that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards available so we didn’t have to bring them from home. Would definitely stay again!

Parking was not fun initially. We knew the garage would be on the smaller side, but we only have a minivan and thought we’d fit. Even if our van would have fit inside the garage, there was no way we would have been able to get it in due to the narrowness of the alley and other cars parked in the alley. Street parking was hard to come by, but once we found a spot, we were able to keep it parked with no issues. Thankfully, everything was within walking distance!!

Everything about this place was fantastic! Comfort and location were exceptional. Our hosts, Dan & Becky, were very very nice.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the local tips and quick responses. The host was fantastic, and we’d happily stay again.

Loved the side back fence with a sliding door in room!

Need grass for dog. Hot water issues had to keep resetting for everyone to shower. Not many towels had to wash them.
