Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y limpias, se puede descansar a gusto, la piscina limpia y grande, que esta enfrente del mar

Considero que deben de mejorar la atención al huésped, ya que si uno tiene un inconveniente no resuelven sino hasta que uno se molesta y se queja lo hacen, la atención en el restaurante no es muy buena. Nos hicieron esperar 1:40 minutos para llevarnos el almuerzo, y no está disponible en el restaurante los horarios donde se puede solicitar los tiempos de cada comida, por lo que a las 10:27 de la mañana llegamos y ya, no nos querían atender en el restaurante porque ya no era hora de desayunos, siendo restaurante del hotel considero que si uno esta hospedado ahí deberían de atender mejor.

Realmente toda la experiencia fue buena. La única observación es que el servicio del restaurante fué un poco lento, pero se comprende por el alto número de huespedes.
