Location,, very close to the beach and serene & friendly community.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the parking allocated to my apartment. The incline is too steep to navigate with a bakkie, and I struggled significantly when attempting to park. Unfortunately, this resulted in scratches to the fenders. I would appreciate it if an alternative parking arrangement could be considered.

Loved the comfort of the little flat...had everything we needed ..central...perfect.

I must say the parking up the hill was tricky for a biggish vehicle...would prefer a downstairs parking next time.😊

The was a huge cockroach in one of the drawers in the kitchen which ruined the entire weekend. There was a funky smell in the room and water dripping from the sliding door. The drive up to the room was way too steep and that should've been mentioned on the site or a picture should've been provided to show how steep it is.

Facilities

We enjoyed the sea view, which came at a good price for the area. The wooden deck was a nice addition that made the steep driveway a comfortable place to sit on and enjoy the view, The room has a nice modern, cosey feel, and It has everything you need to feel comfortable.

The property has a very steep route to the flat. There were, unfortunately, around 5 cockroaches we caught running around the kitchen counters. There was noise pollution from a sanding machine on one of the days and a bit of vehicle traffic past the flat which both happened to be related to the owners of our unit, who also shared the building next door.

great view and really caught the sun every morning. the tv was a nice addition even if it needed reprogramming for channels and Netflix and amazon prime disappeared after 4 days. small kitchen area was good and the fridge was an excellent size

Netflix disappearing but that's nothing major, and there was no braai area to use but i had the kitchen. the hill to walk up to get to the property lol
