WINK Aparthotel One Thibault

Everything about the place was just exceptional. The swimming pool was clean, the buffet was the best and the hotel was located near to every place we wanted to go to. Will definitely visit again.

It had a full length mirror and was very cozy. I didn’t like the fact my room was by the corner but the view wasn’t bad though. Staff was so nice and i had complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast was good and staff too.

Room service quality of food was not what we expected. Parking was complicated and took time to enter due to system

The staff were friendly and accommodating and rooms always cleaned and tidy

The breakfast areas need work. The staff greeting and seating guests was very unfriendly. The biggest concern was the hygiene. Lots of dirty cups and plates. Staff seemed slow to clean up and even the floors and tables needed cleaning. Presentation of the food could improve and the bain Marie's were not even lit so some of the food was cold

Right in the middle of the center but very nice hotel with beautiful views of table mountain. Last mins accommodation 🙏 The lady who does night security there is lovely and so welcoming 🤭
