Private Villa Kayu Padangbai

Stunning villa with a lovely pool The rooms downstairs are decent size with own private bathroom and the top room has a super king size bed with en suite and little kitchenette! Staff very friendly Yummy nasi goreng for breakfast 🍳 Definitely recommend

Il serait important de préciser dans l’annonce que la villa n’est pas entièrement privatisée, car Dewa (très gentil et toujours prêt à aider) réside sur place en permanence, 24h/24 et 7j/7. Cela ne nous a posé aucun problème, mais il serait préférable de le mentionner

We had the whole villa to ourselves . It has 3 bedrooms . We weee well taken care of and transport was easily organised . The upper room has an outdoor living area which the kids loved .

The property had a wow factor, especially the upstairs, Rooms generously sized, lovely pool and garden. Excellent location, an easy walk from a lovely warung and the secret beach. Host's text info was very helpful and we really enjoyed the fish restaurant he recommended in Padang Bai (amazing grilled shrimp). Host accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in which was great as we had to leave early the next day.

Although the listing states in the fine print that there is a 24 hour concierge, it was not clear that the caretaker would be living onsite within the villa property. It is not uncommon to have villa staff providing breakfasts and helping with transport in Bali but this was the first time we had someone sharing the actual space with us. Though always helpful to have a point of contact for things, it compromised our sense of privacy and relaxation, and had we known we wouldn't have it to ourselves, we'd have booked something else. I raised this and a couple of other issues we experienced (hopefully since resolved) with the host immediately afterwards.
