Unfortunately, nothing.

Myself and my partner booked to stay here for the last two days of our trip in Peru. We decided to treat ourselves and go above our budget for a nice last couple of days rest. Immediately upon entering, the receptionist and general atmosphere was cold and hostile. The receptionist left us waiting at the desk for over half an hour with no explanation. Eventually, she allowed us to store our luggage out the back until the allocated check in time (3pm). We returned at 2pm, because I was feeling unwell (which I later learned was appendicitis), to see if we could check in any earlier. Despite clearly displaying a lot of discomfort in the foyer, the receptionist and staff simply ignored me and sat on their phones instead. No compassion or help offered for my situation. I was then taken to the hospital for surgery, and never actually had the opportunity to stay here in the end. Thank god! I'm sure the facilities are lovely, but that means nothing when the service is that terrible. In all the places I have been throughout South America, this has definitely been the worst.

Good location, beautiful decor, washer is also a dryer, nice shower, helpful staff, cleaning available upon request for a fee.

No safe deposit box, very small, no mirror outside bathroom.

Lovely little apartment. Very compact but has everything you need. Nice view from the 13th floor. Plenty shops and restaurants in the local area.

The soap holder in the shower is rubbish.
