Fantastic clean van, lovely welcome pack on arrival which really lifted our spirits, we did not use the facilities of the park so can't comment on those as we were staying to visit a sick relative but the caravan itself was lovely and clean, decor was really cosy and inviting with a beautiful tree and christmas ornaments. Best were comfy and the extra throws made it more cosy

It is exactly as shown in the pictures if not better. Booking a caravan here for a few nights work stay is always a gamble but this is the best that we have stayed at, clean, well equipped, good communication from the owner. Recommended

The only real downside of the property is the nightly parking charge if you want to have your car or van near to your caravan. Check expected parking charges carefully as it can (and does!) ramp up the nightly cost.

Everything was excellent from day 1 when booked. Communication was excellent throughout stay. Lovely clean and comfortable caravan. The caravan makes you feel at home. Would highly recommend to book.

The properly was nicely decorated and well maintained. It was a very pleasant stay in a comfortable caravan

The park itself charges to use any of the facilities on site - we expected this and had no problem paying, but were disappointed when we realised afterwards that absolutely NOTHING was open. We didn't expect everything to be on as it is off peak, but the owners recommended the restaurant on site so we were hoping for at least somewhere to eat, but that was also not open. For the site to still charge when literally not one thing is available seems excessive. Even the kids outdoor playground was padlocked.

"Brilliant caravan, shame about the parking set up"

Beautiful clean caravan with everything you needed for your stay. Welcome bottle of wine and chocs, tea, coffee to start off the hols. Lego for kids to keep them occupied. Free WiFi a bonus with kids with ipads. Nice indoor swimming pool. Clubhouse with good entertainment on nightly. Shop on site for basic essentials.

Unless you paid the extra £30 parking charge to get through the anpr barrier, you park outside the site, which was an utter pain when you arrive with alot of luggage and when you been shopping. You can wait to get in behind someone else but you can be waiting until someone arrives.!! Such a pain when you just want to get to your van and get settled in.
