No pool

First, this place is good for business trips because the hotel location is very near the ICC Jeju by walking around 10 minutes. The hotel has 4 floors: 1st for front desk (unattended) + cafe (but not operating at all). The 2nd to the 4th floor is for the rooms. The room I got was on the 3rd floor (307) with the nice view+can see the ICC building. The room was spacious with 2 beds, wardrobe, and desk. On my second day, there was a cleaning service that replaced my towels and emptied my trash, and gave 2 more water bottles. The hotel has a swimming pool but it isn't used at all. Overall, it is a good place if you need to attend an event on the ICC and it has a very nice view.

I personally did not like the bathroom because it is higher, and you have to step up. Also, the air ventilation sound on the bathroom is so noisy. I think cleaning itself is not properly done because my cup has coffee stains that remain. Also, the refrigerator was dirty with stains.

Everything was super good!
