USThe stay was very inexpensive
There was a bit of a safety concern in that to access the property, you have to go down a dark alley. I did not feel safe coming and going once it was dark. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the shower just had a trickle of hot water (more did come from the tap). The main issue was at checkout when I was told my card was only used to hold my reservation through Booking.com and I would need to get out rupees to pay for my lodging. This led to me having to go to five ATMs to find one that was working and also had money, making me late for my next destination. When I explained that this wasn’t communicated to me the owner got snippy.

PTLocated close to the town centre, nice property with amazing traditional breakfast included freshly cooked every morning. The owners are very kind people, they helped me with arranging many things and gave valuable advices about Kochi, their warm hospitality was exceptional.
