Lorenzzo Suites Hotel Makati

I experienced the 2-singles bedroom & the queen room when I was upgraded because of a non-functional satellite TV. Aircon was great but a little noisy due to age. Rooms were clean and you get free toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the 24/7 security staff, to the concierge and other staff who are always happy to help. A few friends visited and they were able to park on-site. It's better to inform security if you're having a visitor. The room decor was modern so we even used it for a photoshoot. Location was fantastic and very close to transportation with jeeps out the front; Makati and Pasay are very accessible. NAIA Terminal 3 is 10-15 minutes away by Grab. I last stayed here 10 years ago but I hope my next stay comes sooner.

There was no facility to make coffee in the room and the nearest is at seven-eleven 5 minute walk away. It would have been good if they offered at least a hot water kettle & cups so I can buy and make my own coffee. The aircon's a little noisy and the wifi can be inconsistent; sometimes it's on and fast and sometimes it's off or very slow. As mentioned, some rooms have satellite TV which is affected by weather so I was upgraded to a cable TV room. If there's none available, you have no TV :(. There's no elevator in this 4-storey hotel so if you're not good with steps like my elderly mother, it's difficult (rooms are on floors 2-4). I stayed for 6 nights and didn't ask for room cleaning because there's a sign that says you have to pay for cleaning so I didn't ask.

Very nice staff, will go the extra mile to care for guests. I felt 100% safe, slept well. Close to malls, etc. Clean, comfy, absolute great value for money. I'll be a repeat customer.

No lift and I stayed on the 3rd fl. To be honest, I would still stay here even if there is no lift, the staff is well aware and ready to help. My kids even said "all of a sudden, an army of staff appeared".
