Beautiful modern room with rustic wall. Parking was free. Nice, helpful staff.

As with other hotels in area, no window to outside. It is in a sort of courtyard.

Room was small but very clean and cozy. It is in the centro historico. Walking distance to many historical places and restaurants. Staff was great and very attentive. Parking was a big plus.

Internet is slow or no signal at all.

A beautiful mexican casona style hotel. The location is perfect. Everything was clean.

Well located, comfortable beds.

Temperature of water in the shower goes from scorching hot to cold. We told the desk after the first night but it was not fixed. The water was so hot you could get burnt.

Need yo be very careful when showering, as the water comes out and it can get into the room I guess it's normal with colonial houses :)

Aesthetically pleasing, love the colonial feel and the furniture. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very close to the historic downtown. Secure parking. We felt very safe in the area.

The only bad thing was that there was no hot water! Lukewarm at best, even after talking to the staff at the front desk and the water heater was turned up.
