"Very nice hotel in great location with friendly staff and secured entrance."

Great location. Friendly staff. Upgraded room at no charge. Room cleaned early so we could come back to rest in the afternoon. Close to good restaurants for breakfast. January was good time to come to Querétaro- little crowds and pleasant weather. 24 hour desk which worked for us because we arrived at 1am. Secured front entrance.

Internet didn’t work well. Shower never got hot, only lukewarm.

"Quiet hotel that falls short in details, large and small."

Its location.

No WiFi. Tiny room. No breakfast though breakfast was promised. One bottled water with no way to get more water. Staff was unresponsive.
