Kitchen rack at the dustbin was loosening
ZABeautiful and convenient for where we needed to be. They provided water, milk coffee and tea for us. So kind. As well as cute chocolates.
Shower needs a caddy. More towels. Towel hooks. Full length mirror.

ZAFantastic location, modern building, secure and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in - the keys got stuck in the lockbox - but the team was very responsive and helpful and the issue was quickly resolved.

I did not like waiting at the gate for the guard to open. Every night, it took up to 7 minutes of hooting and flashing my lights before the gate opened. A remote control for guests would solve this issue. I would also have preferred fresh towels daily. I expected this as I have rented self-catering units previously where it has been provided.
