Last morning when I checked out on June 21, Sunday, very early on the morning, about 5 a.m. I requested a Refund of $ 17.00 for the 3 breakfast that already I paid on Friday when I checked in. I used 2 breakfasts on Saturday morning, but never had 1 breakfast on Sunday. The employer, a man,who was sleeping on the chair at the front desk when I was ready to check out, told me that he don't have " the authority to provide me with a refund." He told me that they ( the hotel) will refund my debit card.I explained to him, that I did the payment of three breaksast with cash. Any way he refused to Refund my money, of a breakfast that I never had. I argue with him, but was useless.

La atención del personal, especialmente en recepción había como un extranjero atendiendo y 0 amable

Lovely, big room. Great location in Zona 10, short walk to bars and shopping. Like, very short walk. Gym. Staff was top notch. I had a cell phone emergency and they were very empathetic and helpful. I try to speak Spanish but it eventually hits a brick wall and front desk was effortlessly bilingual.
