Hôtel bien situé a proximité du centre historique de Palerme. Facile de venir depuis l'aéroport avec le train. Personnel sympathique et réactif. Hôtel très propre, service de nettoyage de chambre au top.

Le petit déjeuner était tout juste passable, les produits "chaud" sont froid et ce peut importe l'heure du déjeuner. Manque de choix et AUCUN changement de produits en 2 semaines de séjour. Le café de petit déjeuner était tout simplement horrible. Soit mal dosé avec beaucoup trop d'eau, soit brûlé et imbuvable. Les chambres donnant sur la route sont beaucoup trop bruyantes et ce même en pleine nuit. Obligatoire de dormir avec boules Quies. Le lit est très dur, ayant des problèmes de dos, ce fus très difficile pour dormir (aucune possibilité de changer de chambre car tous les lits sont les mêmes peut importe la chambre). Dommage qu'il n'y ai aucun service qui justifierais le 4 étoiles. Pas de spa, de sauna/Hammam/Piscine, de restaurant ou autre. Les lumières dans la chambre sont mal gérées. On ne peut tout simplement pas voir dans l'armoire même avec la fenêtre ouverte et les lumières allumées. Par contre, beaucoup trop de lumières dans la salle de bain, ce qui nous empêche de nous voir dans le miroir.
