Extra pillows are always better to have if possible, especially firm ones.

Bell’albergo, ristrutturazione eccellente, buona posizione, atmosfera di grande charme

Personale della reception gentile ma non adeguato alla struttura. L’hotel è al limite della ZTL e con facilità per raggiungere la struttura si attraversa inavvertitamente la zona a traffico limitato. A differenza di ciò che accade in situazioni simili non c’è stato un supporto adeguato e competente su come evitare l’infrazione e come ottenere il pass necessario. Ho dovuto provvedere ad attivare l’applicazione sbagliando perché non mi hanno fatto inserire la targa del veicolo e per questo attendo una multa.

Artistic and centrally located.

The bathroom door is not easy to open when closed. Not a deterrent but do check it out with someone on the other side (or don’t close it). We had no issue but I can see an elderly lady or a young g child having difficulty to open it.

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner incroyable (incluant des produits vegan et sans gluten) avec des produits bio et frais. Propreté impeccable des chambres, confort de la literie. Chambre spacieuse et insonorisée. Meilleur qualité prix du quartier ! A quelques pas de l'Opéra et du centre historique. Nous avons également apprécié d'avoir un arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport à moins de 5 mn à pied.
