Studio super au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble neuf avec ascenseur. Bien équipé et très propre. Situé dans un nouveau quartier très calme et proche de la lagune Marchica. Connexion internet impeccable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable.
