La salle de bain WC ridiculement petit par rapport au reste de l'appart 50 m2 affiché ce qui a motivé la note. Attention, pour prendre la douche vous pouvez d'asperger toute la pièce .Message automatique adressé par le loueur efficace mais pas très personnel. Un nécessaire de nettoyage peut être à prévoir même si lave vaisselle et pastilles fournis. Les habitants de l'immeuble sont très bruyantS et l'appartement mal isolé. Enfin des rideaux occultants sont à poser dans la pièce salon où se trouve le canapé

Appartement agréable et Emplacement pratique à l’écart des rues les plus touristiques ce qui est positif. Facilement accessible en métro. Nombreux supermarchés et restaurants à . proximité Literie confortable et très propre.

Cuisine équipée de manière minimaliste.

Il n'y avait pas de rideaux sombres ou occultants pour la pièce principale, dans laquelle il y a pourtant un canapé lit qui a été utilisé par deux personnes. Deux chaises (pliantes ?) supplémentaire auraient aussi été appréciées pour avoir au total 4 chaises, comme le nombre d'invités.

Bathrooms in the houses of this era are quite small though you can live with it. TV needed some tveaking time to time but worked after that.

Location was amazing, close to cafes, a playground and regular transport. Apartment was 3 generous size bedrooms with lounge room, kitchen and bathroom, separate toilet. Light and airy, very clean, comfortable bedding. Good for a family group with children.

Lack of basic essentials such as a kettle, tea towels, oven mitt, cleaning cloths. Only 3 breakfast bowls and 3 wine glasses. Had to buy all essentials like washing powder, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper. Nowhere to put the rubbish, eventually was told to put it outside the door for the cleaners to collect, where it then sat untouched (and smelly) for 4 days.

1. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I found that the apartment had not been cleaned properly. The living room floor was dirty, and the rugs were covered in dust. There were pieces of leftover food and other debris on the floor. As a result, I had to vacuum and mop two of the rooms myself to make them suitable for my family. 2. Safety Hazards: There were multiple broken or unsafe pieces of furniture. One of the benches in the entrance hall had a broken leg, which caused my daughter to fall. Thankfully, her injury was minor, but this could have resulted in a more serious accident. Additionally, the curtain holder in the living room was unstable, and when I adjusted the curtains, the entire rod and curtain fell. Fortunately, my children were not nearby at the time. 3. Balcony Condition: The balcony was extremely dirty, with cigarette ashes and leftover cigarette butts scattered everywhere. It was clear that the balcony had not been cleaned for quite some time, which posed both a safety and cleanliness concern for my family. 4. Appliance Issues: Several appliances in the apartment were in poor condition. For example, the door knobs were not properly fixed, and one of the bedroom door knobs completely broke off the first time it was used. 5. Construction Noise and Dust: The building was undergoing construction during our stay, and we were disturbed by construction workers using the elevator to carry materials. The common areas of the building were covered in dust, which added to the discomfort during our visit. These issues were significant concerns, especially for a family staying in the city for leisure and with children.
