צוות קבלה מאוד לא מקצועי, נתן לנו להמתין הרבה זמן כאשר יש 3 אנשים בקבלה. ביציאה המתנו 7דקות שיגיע מישהו לשחרר אותנו המלון כנראה ממותג לאוכלוסיה שומרת שבת, כך שלחילונים ממש לא נעים בשבת

Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. There was a queen/ full size bed and a twin bed, perfect for me and my teenager. The bathroom was nice and the property was generally well kept up. The front desk staff was accommodating and most were friendly.

The breakfast was not up to Israeli hotel breakfast standards. Wait staff was unkempt and the meagre breakfast was over an hour late my second day there.

מלון מקסים. אוירה חמימה בעיצוב מודרני בשימוש בהרבה חומרים טבעיים כמו עץ, קש ואבן. חדרים נקיים, גדולים ומרווחים. ארוחת בקר עשירה. צוות אדיב ונחמד. מיקום מעולה לטיולים באזור. 5 דק מאגמון החולה היפיפה. נהנינו מאד וממליצים בחום. טיפ: בקשו חדר עם נוף חיצוני לטבע ולא לחצר בפנימית

בערב-לילה השני לשהותנו היו מספר קצרים בחשמל שטופלו. בוודאי לא מאפיין כללי של המלון וחד פעמי
