"Excellent location and gorgeous, clean flat."

We had a lot of difficulties opening the main door and the apartment door. This was opened remotely, but we had an earlier check in time and could work out the code opening format. We spent about 30 minutes sitting on the floor very frustrated. We did go back and forth via messaging, but nobody answers the phone, we tried, automated messaging followed. Finally, we accessed the apartment and then it was absolutely easy after that. Not a great start to the holiday.

Somebody could have picked up the phone to talk us through the code system on the door entry.
