USSuch a nice hotel. Really cozy, cute, with pretty landscaping (hummingbirds flying around), and such lovely staff. Very centrally located too. I would 100% recommend and stay here again.

USThe staff was friendly, the hotel seems to be a holistic venue for spa, relaxation, massage, traditional steam bath with ancient Mexican indigenous herbs (locally known as temazcal), so next time we'll strive to try that. We just stayed there after attending a wedding, we arrived there at the wee hours on a Saturday, and we were nicely received, the room was comfy, bed linen in pristine condition, nice toiletries, and a powerful electric fan, a true blessing for the heat, which is an issue even at night. The garden is green, leafy and pleasant with the spa facilities spotted here and there. A wide range of nice, traditional restaurants with excellent local food are at walking distance from the hotel, in Xochitepec's center. This is labelled a "magical town", and it rightly deserves the title. It's a charming place, with nice and welcoming dwellers, and the hotel staff are a living example of their hometown's friendliness.
The curtains in the room are quite transparent, and let the external light in, not suitable for late sleepers.
